Chairwoman Wang Nina remarked that under the three-year impact of the pandemic, many enterprises faced existential challenges. The compounding adverse factors—such as rising logistics costs, labor expenses, and raw material prices—have tested companies’ adaptability. As a traditional manufacturing enterprise, Tellcan Food managed to mitigate significant declines in revenue and profit through its robust R&D capabilities. She expressed hope that the company would further elevate its R&D efforts in the future.

During the symposium, General Manager Ma Xiaoming emphasized that Tellcan Food’s unique advantage lies in its R&D capabilities, which set it apart from ordinary manufacturing firms. The company allocates 7.8% of its total expenditure to R&D, and R&D personnel account for 28.7% of its workforce. Moving forward, the company will continue to strengthen its R&D capabilities, adhering to its management philosophy of “pursuing excellence, prioritizing environmental protection, ensuring quality, and satisfying customers.” Leveraging its strong product development capabilities and superior product quality, Tellcan Food aims to deliver more innovative and high-quality products to serve the market.
